"I can't log in"

What you might see: "Invalid credentials" or a locked account message.

Why this happens:

  1. Wrong password -- You may have typed it incorrectly.
  2. Account locked -- Too many failed login attempts (5 within one minute). The account is temporarily locked.
  3. Wrong school website -- You may be on a different school's login page. Each school has its own URL.
  4. 2FA code needed -- If you set up two-factor authentication, you need the code from your authenticator app.
  5. Email not verified -- New accounts may need email verification first.

How to fix it:

  1. Double-check your email and password.
  2. Make sure you are on the correct school's URL.
  3. If locked out, wait a few minutes and try again.
  4. If you have 2FA, open your authenticator app for the code.
  5. If your email is not verified, check your inbox for the verification email.
  6. If nothing works, contact your school admin to reset your password or unlock your account.
