"My report is showing no data"

What you might see: A DepEd report or custom report that shows an empty table or zero values.
Why this happens:
- Wrong school year -- The most common cause. Make sure you selected the school year that has data.
- Wrong month -- Some reports (like Circulation by Grade) are month-specific. Try a different month.
- No current school year -- If no school year is marked as "current," some reports may not work.
- Filters too strict -- In the custom report builder, your filters may be excluding all records. Try removing filters one by one.
- No data yet -- If you just started using the system, there may not be any transactions to report on.
How to fix it:
- Double-check the school year selection.
- Try different months.
- Make sure a school year is set as "current" in the School Years settings.
- For custom reports, remove filters to see if data appears, then add them back one at a time.
